Following up on proposal submitted

CCP will send follow up email to the same contact that CCP submitted the proposal to in 5-7 day increments, always copying cleaning partner in emails.  with the goal that a reply-all response is given so cleaning company knows the status at the same time as CCP

Links and attachments of our proposal and references will be in follow up emails.  If the cleaning partner wishes to follow up only, the cleaning partner must notify CCP via email, so both parties are not following up in an unsystematized schedule. 

Compliance- (contract, insurance and w9) 

We will use the sample certificate of insurance just to let the contractor know we can meet their insurance requirements.  once we are awarded the project, the cleaning partner will have to resubmit coi with proper wording to GC. GC shall already have your w9 at the time of the award.  you will have to sign a contract (if needed, 50% of time gc signs CCP submitted proposal). the original contract is either required to be mailed or (most common submittal method) email

insurance requirements will slightly vary per projects- gc..but the most common limits are:

general liability- $1 million per occurrence,  $2 million aggregate

automobile liability- $1 million

workers compensation- $1 million

CCP project estimates- quotes

CCP quotes without site visits are based on other common project types (retail, restaurant, industrial) price per sf , size of the building (sq ft, stories (exterior window outsourcing), # of units), and travel distance. CCP quote shall be used as a project value indicator. 50% of projects customers will see our price. If feedback is given, CCP will adjust the price quote and share feedback with the cleaning partner.  Most project managers will not give pricing feedback until a site visit is made. If we do a quote before the visit and price are accepted, the site conditions are unknown, and the scope can change.  

The site visit by the cleaning partner is always the best price, confirming actual scope, and site conditions matters.  CCP has default scopes for each project type matching the mobilization schedule, flooring types, or room types.

We consistently email construction company contacts who reply with requests for CCP to submit final clean proposals.  We constantly email contacts so they will remember us, we must stay relevant. We want to be in your inbox.

Most companies prefer to do business with a local contractor,  we utilize our nationwide network to get more opportunities. We insist to the project manager and superintendent that we make a site visit to confirm scope before submitting our price.
