Information System: At the heart of our operations is our information system, anchored within Salesforce.com. This system is the foundation for our sales process, encompassing customized fields and objects that interlink to streamline selling and manage data inputs—primarily manual at this stage. Recognizing the need for efficiency, we embarked on a significant upgrade in January 2015, elevating our Salesforce licenses to the Enterprise level. This transition marked a pivotal point where we embraced automation by incorporating Visualforce code, significantly reducing manual labor, thanks to the skilled developers we engaged through Odesk.

Soft Systems: Encompassing a wide array of operations, our soft systems are the veins through which our business flows. This includes accounting, training and employment, content management, vendor qualification, and notably, our cleaning partner network—the cornerstone of our service excellence. These systems seamlessly integrate with our information system, facilitating a cohesive operational framework powered by human engagement.

Hard Systems: The final piece of our operational triad, our hard systems, forge the tangible connections essential for our sales ecosystem. This encompasses our Salesforce.com licenses, integrated external applications, telecommunication setups, employee time management tools, accounting solutions, document generation processes, and Google Apps. This infrastructure is not just about the hardware; it’s about creating an interconnected web that supports and enhances our service delivery.

Cloud-Based Strategy: Our commitment to cloud technology underpins our operational philosophy. By centralizing our systems in the cloud, we ensure that our team can access essential programs from anywhere, fostering collaboration, flexibility, and a robust defense against data loss.
