• Can make a site visit within 70 miles from mobilization address under 3 days of the request
• Strip and wax floors internally
• Can wash windows above 2nd story
• Can complete Davis bacon prevailing wage projects

CCP will contract with any general contractor if our cleaning partner is not a premium member, but for us to qualify to even get bidding opportunities we hold the most common insurances.  CCP wants to be on all contractor’s vendor list and to get on the vendor list, insurances are required.  see here for our certificate of insurance
