For the theater renovation project, our cleaning plan is meticulously designed to accommodate the specific requirements of a multi-faceted entertainment venue. This comprehensive approach ensures each area, from the theaters themselves to the restaurants and common spaces, receives the necessary care to meet the high standards expected in such a prestigious setting.

Cleaning Phases and Specifications:

Theaters:

• Initial Cleaning: Apply one coat on the VCT flooring before the installation of chairs, preparing the space for final touches.
• Wall Fabric: All theater wall fabrics will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove dust and debris, ensuring a clean and presentable appearance.
• Final Cleaning: After chair installation, a final coat will be applied to the VCT flooring, alongside a comprehensive cleaning of the entire theater space, including grid ceilings, for a polished finish.

Auditoriums:

• Luxury Auditoriums: Six auditoriums featuring luxury reclining chairs will be fully carpeted, requiring detailed vacuuming and spot cleaning to maintain a high level of cleanliness and comfort.
• General Maintenance: Cleaning and maintenance of common corridors, hallways, and six restrooms to ensure a pleasant environment for all patrons.

Restaurants and Concession Areas:

• Kitchen and Office Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of kitchen spaces and office areas, including floors, surfaces, and any installed equipment.
• Restaurant Spaces: Deep cleaning of ground floor and 2nd-floor restaurant areas, totaling 5,000 sf, ensuring all food service areas are sanitized and ready for operation.
• Concession Stands and Satellite Concession: Cleaning of all concession areas, with special attention to the satellite concession previously used as a storage room, requiring an initial clean-up before the contract is finalized.
